By accessing Origin or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What Origin Provides

Origin offers astrology, numerology, tarot-style reflections, journaling, community, messaging, and related entertainment and self-reflection features. Content generated in Origin is informational and reflective only.

3. No Professional Advice

Origin does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use Origin as a substitute for qualified professional support. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis support line immediately.

4. Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for your account activity and for the content you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, sexually exploitative, hateful, misleading, or infringes another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to protect users or operate the service.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, crystals, or reports may be offered through app stores or payment processors. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by the relevant store or processor terms. Unless required by law, digital purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after delivery or consumption.

6. Community and Messaging

Community and messaging features are for respectful interaction. We may moderate, limit, or remove access to protect safety, prevent spam or abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Origin, its design, branding, software, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
